- Walks/Assesment/Pet check-ins/Pet taxi/Group play
- Booking notice: All services require full payment upon booking.
- Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel a scheduled walk without incurring any fees.
- Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled walk's cost.
- No-Show Fee: If the walker doesn't arrive or arrives for the scheduled walk and the pet is not available or accessible, a no-show fee of 100% of the scheduled walk's cost will be charged.
- Pet sitting
- Deposit Notice: A deposit of £10 per night is required upon booking for our pet sitting services.
- Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide at least 7 days notice to cancel a pet sitting appointment without incurring any fees.
- Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice will incur a fee equivalent to the total loss of the deposit with forfeiture of your slot.
- No-Show Fee: If the customer doesn't arrive or arrives for the scheduled pet sitting service and the pet is not available or accessible, a no-show fee of total loss of deposit will be applicable.
- Emergencies
- We understand that emergencies happen. In case of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Each situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion.
- Weather Policy
- Walks will proceed in most weather conditions. However, in extreme weather (such as thunderstorms, heavy snow, or extreme heat), walks may be shortened or rescheduled for the safety of the dog and walker. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and no cancellation fees will apply.
- Refunds and Credits
- In the event of pre-paid packages, the fee will be deducted from the package balance.
- Any overpayment or unused credits due to cancellations will be refunded upon request or can be applied to future services.
